2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No.27468 of 2015 and batch dated 31.12.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
