Heard learner I counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistanf Governmer rt Pleader for Stamps and Registrat..orr appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admis rion.

Challeng ing the action of the District Regisrtrar, Stamps and Registration, Khammam, respondent No.2 herein, in not considering the rep:esentation of the petitioner, daterl 17.L2.2O22 seeking to impound the unregistered sa,le deed executed on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper by Kalangi Marathamma in favour of Boppani Madhu Babr, in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition is filed.

Having r 3gard to the fact that the representation of the petitioner, dated 17. I 2.2022, is already pending witJr resp,ondent No.2, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed tc dispose of the said representation a:rd pass necessary orders, in rccordance with law, as expeditior-tsl,, as p6ss'ble, preferably within a p3riod of eight weeks from the date of :'eceipt of a copy of this order. A copy of tJle order that may b,: passed by respondent No. 2 sha 1 be communicated to tfe petitioner.
