This criminal petition is filed under Section 483 (b) r/w.528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioner/Accused seeking relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2283 of 205 by the I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. The trial Court vide order dated 30.10.2025 while granting bail, imposed certain conditions and one of the condition is that

- 2 - petitioner has to appear before the concerned SHO on alternate Wednesdays consecutively between 11.00 A.M and 01.00 A.M for a period of six months or until filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.

Heard Sri P. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Naraparaju Avaneesh, learned Counsel for the respondent.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is residing at Mumbai and after releasing on bail, she attended the concerned SHO on 12.11.2025 and she has to attend again on every fortnight. Since petitioner is residing in Mumbai it is difficult for her to attend before concerned SHO every fortnight as she is a small employee and cannot afford travel charges and that it is difficult to get leave. As such, prayed to relax the said condition.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent filed counter denying for relaxation of condition and prayed to dismiss this petition.

Considering the submissions made by both counsel and a perusal of material on record, the condition imposed by the trial

- 3 - Court by order dated 30.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2283 of 2025 is modified and petitioner is directed to appear before concerned SHO on the first Sunday of every month between 11.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M for a period of five months or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
