THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.958 of 2017 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17560 of 2015 dated 18.6.2015 and a request is made to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the said order. Copy of the said order is also placed on record.
