CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.35478 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of a certiorari to quash award, dated 29.10.2009, in O.S.No.63 of 2008 on the file of the Lok Adalat at Jangaon (Civil).

Heard Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr.J.Anil Kumar, learned standing counsel for Legal Services Authority appearing for respondent No.1.

During the hearing, Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, after realising that his clients are entitled to recover Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) under each of the six awards as per Resolution No.24 of the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Service Authority Regulations, 1996, did not press the writ petition seeking liberty to his clients to avail appropriate legal remedy to recover the amounts under the awards.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners as recorded above. 5.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44384 of 2014 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
