When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that, on receipt of the complaint by the petitioner herein, the Station House Officer, Shamshabad/5th respondent herein registered Cr.No.336 of 2018 dated 26.09.2018 and the investigation is under progress. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
