This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "......to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.47/2017/A3, dated 2.3.2017 issued by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and contrary to the license conditions and consequently set-aside the same and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the clarificatory order of the Supreme Court dated 31.03.2017 in The State of Tamilnadu v K. Balu and another1, no further orders are required in the present writ petitions. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
