This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.209 of 2013 on the file of Pattabhipuram Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent‐State submits that after filing this petition, charge sheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.147 of 2017 and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
