Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No representation on behalf of the caveator though papers were served. 2.

The present civil revision petition is filed assailing the order dated 16.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.414 of 2016 in A.S.No.94 of 2016 wherein the judgment of the trial Court has been stayed on certain terms and conditions.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 4.

Having regard to the above, the present C.R.P. is disposed of directing the V Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, to dispose of A.S.No.94 of 2016, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six months.

Accordingly, the C.R.P. is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
