No representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.A.Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action under Section 61 of Cooperative Societies Act by conducting necessary enquiry with regard to affairs of society particularly misuse of funds of the society by the 4th respondent..."

Learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Assistant Registrar/S.D.L.Co. has looked into the complaint of petitioner and appropriate recommendation was communicated to the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Golconda Division, Hyderabad. The copy of communication vide letter No.14/Nam.CH5/PE dated 18.02.2010 is placed on record.
