THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P.No.2605 of 2015 ORDER:
Taking note of overall situation, the application for amendment is accepted by the trial Court.
Though Mr.L.Prabhakar Reddy made submissions in support of the affidavit filed in I.A.No.212 of 2015, this Court is in agreement with the extreme brevity with which the amendment is sought, still after perusing the reasons given by the trial Court, this Court is not convinced to interfere with the order impugned in the Civil Revision Petition.
Hence, the Civil Revision Petition fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
