This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus for declaring the Senior Secondary School Examination certificate from Board of Secondary Education, Delhi possessed by the petitioner as equivalent to the Intermediate, Board of Intermediate, Andhra Pradesh and to continue the petitioner.

Heard.

Since it is stated that the petitioner is no longer in service, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
