THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.8351 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner seeking to quash the order, dated 20-04-2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar in Crl.M.P.No.1527 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.8 of 2009, wherein and whereby the learned Magistrate allowed the petition filed by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein seeking enhancement of maintenance to the sonRespondent No.3 herein and enhanced the maintenance of the son from Rs.2,000/- per month to Rs.5,000/- per month. The 3rd Respondent herein is the son of the petitioner who is aged about 8 years and he is a school going kid. Considering the present day cost of living and the study expenses of the child, enhancing the maintenance of the 3rd Respondent herein from Rs.2,000/- per month to Rs.5,000/- per month is neither excessive nor exorbitant and it is just and reasonable. There are no grounds to interfere with the order impugned.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
