HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.1329 OF 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri G.Shankar Rao, learned counsel representing Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that in the light of the judgment of this Court in Rajanala Kusuma Kumari and others Vs. The State of Telangana and others1, the proper forum for the petitioner to approach for redressal of his grievance would be the competent civil Court. The learned counsel would therefore seek leave to withdraw this Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke the appropriate civil remedy before the competent civil Court in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
As an order of status-quo was subsisting during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the said order shall continue to remain operative for a period of eight (8) weeks from today to enable the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
