This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.5 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.331 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mancherial Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,448, 506, 120(b) read with 149 IPC and 25(1B)(a) and 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
