The petitioners, who are A1 and A2 filed the present application under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.51 of 2018 of Gudibanda Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 r/ w 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State of Andhra Pradesh and perused the First Information Report, bail application averments, Case Diary and dismissal orders of the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.MP.Nos.890 of 2018 and 945 of 2018, dated 05.09.2018 and 19.09.2018 respectively. 3.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is still at nasal stage and by considering the propensity of the crime and its perpetration, the petitioners, at this stage, are not entitled to the concession of bail. However, it is not a bar for revival of the request in future, from the progress of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
