Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificate issued in favour of respondent No.7. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If any such appeal is filed, it is needless to mention that the concerned authority shall deal with the same after issuing notice and granting an opportunity of hearing to the 7th respondent.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
