This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.349 of 2010 on the file of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station.

2. Both the learned counsel with one voice submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the court.

3. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, no further orders are necessary in this criminal petition. Hence, the criminal petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
