HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.31774 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) In this writ petition, the petitioners seek Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent - Indian Bank to return the original title deed documents in respect of the residential house bearing No.5-97/2A in Plot Nos.10 & 27/A/Part situated in Sy.Nos.29 & 30 of Shanthi Nagar, Hydershakote Village & Gram Panchayat, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

When the matter was called for hearing on 30.09.2015, on a request made by Sri Ambadipudi Satyanaranayan, learned counsel for the 1st respondent - Bank, the matter was adjourned to enable him to get instructions. Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the 1st respondent Bank got clearance from the zonal office permitting them to return the original documents. It is further submitted that if the petitioners approach the 1st respondent Bank along with required documents, the 1st respondent Bank will return the original title deeds.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach the 1st respondent Bank with required documents and, on such approach, we are sure that the 1st respondent Bank will look into the documents to be submitted by the

petitioners and return the original title deeds. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
