THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 10352 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings against him in crime No. 114 of 2018 of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Siddipet District. 2.

After arguing the case for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to direct the concerned S.H.O. to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another1. 3.

Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Siddipet I Town Police Station, Siddipet District, is directed to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar (supra).

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed in consequence.
