THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 9908 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the official respondents in considering the application of the unofficial respondents without considering the objections filed by the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

On 03-04-2013, this Court directed the official respondents to consider the objections of the petitioners before considering the application of the unofficial respondents. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents passed on proceedings dated 30-04-2013 of respondent No. 1 showing regularization of premises of the unofficial respondents after considering the objections of the petitioners herein. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
