In view of the Letter dated 22.2.2016 submitted by Sri A. Rama Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
