ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing suitable employment under compassionate grounds basing on the call letter No.39, dated 17.10.2013 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post under compassionate grounds.

Heard Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation has drawn attention of this Court to para No.3 of the counteraffidavit, wherein it is stated that the petitioner was appointed as Conductor, on compassionate grounds, vide proceedings dated 6.7.2015.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
