Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned Assastant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri N.Sridhar Reddy, learned Standing Counset appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

2. The oetitioner aooroached the Court seekinq oraver as under:

It is represented by the learned counsel appr-,aring on the learned Standing Counsel behalf of the petitioner and appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that, the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covererl by the order oF thi:; Court dated 21.11.2024 passed in W.p.No.32661 of 2024 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learnecl Standing Counset appearing on behalf of r'espondent Nos.2 to l, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the petitioner to make a fresh applicataon within one (1) week from the date of receipt of .a copy of the order along with alt the relevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with atl the retevant documents, the respondents shafl consider the said application filed by

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
