The contempt case is frled seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 197 l, for deliberate and willful disobedience in implementing the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.5563 of 2O1O in W.P.No.43Ot of 2OlO, dated 25.O2.20tO.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the contempt case, the main Writ Petition i.e., W.P.No.4301 of 2O1O was disposed of on 25.02.2O1O.

In view of the disposal of the main Writ petition, no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
