THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28312 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, without following the due process of law, the respondents herein highhandedly demolished the small temporary shed in an area of 125 sq.yards in the total open plot area of 785 sq.yards of land in Sy.No.43/9, situated at Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, without obtaining any permission, the petitioner herein is making construction of a godown. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the GVMC would follow due process of law and issue notice to the petitioner herein before proceeding further. Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing to maintain Status quo, with regard to the subject construction, and with a further direction to the respondents herein to issue notice to the petitioner herein before proceeding further.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
