Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that M.C.No.16 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, has been disposed of and hence, this Criminal Petition, which was filed challenging the order dated 01.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2016 in the said M.C. has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
