Having regard to the proceedings Rc.No.DFO/KNR/2017 dt.28.02.2018 of the District Fire Officer considering petitioner's case for promotion and rejecting it, I do not see any reason to punish the respondent for Contempt.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 3.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
