The court made the following: [order follows] WRIT PETITION NO. 28132 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Vide the present writ petition, petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents to consider the application filed by the petitioners on 20/04/2016 for re-determination of the compensation of the petitioners land.

2. Learned Government for Land Acquisition has assured this Court that the application of the petitioners shall be referred to the Authority to be constituted under section 51 of 2013 the Act within two weeks from the date of constitution of the Authority.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
