Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that in view of the subsequent developments and the passage of time, writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
