P. Ram Mohan Rao, v. T.S. Transco,
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE MS JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.26286 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) While the validity of Note (1) of Regulation 6(b) of APSEB Service Regulations is questioned in this writ petition, Sri M.Ram Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner's grievance is mainly regarding the failure of the respondents to conduct a limited recruitment examination for the past 19 years; and it would suffice if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 in accordance with law.
Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, states that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law.
We consider it appropriate, therefore, to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, pass orders thereupon, and communicate their decision to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
