HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CRP No.4607 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned the counsel for the petitioners-defendants argued the matter at length. Heard the counsel for the respondent-plaintiff. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners-defendants requested the Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit OS No.193 of 2012, within a timeframe.

2. Both the Courts below have concurrently held that the respondentplaintiff is entitled for ad-interim injunction, pending suit. I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the orders passed by the Courts below. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. However, since suit is of the year 2012 and also in view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners-defendants, the suit be disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
