THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35099 OF 2018 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 26.09.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police Chatrinaka Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, read as under:
"It is submitted that on 17.09.2018 one D.Srinivasulu lodged complaint with the respondent Chatrinaka police stating that his daughter was left his house without informing anyone and she took away Rs.5.00 lakhs and 5 Tulas gold along with her and she did not turned up so far. They searched at all possible places but her whereabouts are not traced out. The father of the petitioner No.1 suspected one Kishore the 2nd petitioner hence requested to take necessary action.
Basing on the same a case in Cr.No.236/2018 registered for the offences on 17.09.2018 U/Sec. Woman Missing at Chatrinaka Police Station and investigating into.
It is further submitted that during the course of investigation it revealed that both petitioners were got married and approached Kurnool II Town Police Station for protection. And the same was informed to the 4th respondent who is the father of the petitioner complainant. Except that the respondent police never interfered into the petitioner's personal life and liberty as alleged by them, hence the allegations against the police are false and denied".
By placing on record the above written instructions, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 30th October, 2018 Tsy
