This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.226 of 2O2O of Station 'r House Officer, Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Section and 420, 468, 47 I of the Indian Penal Code.
02. Heard Sri Bendi Sai Santosh, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused as u,ell as Sri T. V. Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor lor the Respondent / State and perused the record
03. Learned Additiona-l Public Prosecutor has submitted that police havc completed investigation and charge sheet is also filed in this case. The same is recorded Once investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, the petition under Section 438 ol Cr.P.C is not maintainable.

04. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet hled by the respondent/ state. No costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
