This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Crlminal Procedure, t973 (for short .Cr.p.C.) by the petitionerAccused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.52g of 2020 pending on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class I Magistrate, Siddipet, Siddipet District. The offences alleged against the petitioner - Accused is under Sections 447, 427 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to agitate all the grounds that are raised before this Court by filing discharge application before the concerned Court. 3.
