ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside letter bearing No.414/3/21/ACP/C5/GHMC/2015, dated 30.09.2015, of respondent No.3, whereby he has called upon the petitioner to remove the alleged unauthorised constructions and intimate the same to his office within three days from the date of receipt of the said letter.

At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that after the impugned letter was issued, it was realised that the same was issued mistakenly and that after summoning both the parties and holding a meeting, respondent No.3 has issued another letter bearing No.414/3/21/ACP/C5/ GHMC/2015, dated 06.11.2015, wherein he has informed the petitioner that the latter has not raised any new construction and that the constructions already raised were in conformity with the sanctioned plan. The learned counsel further submitted that in the light of the said letter, the official respondents are not proposing any action against the petitioner.

With the issue of letter, dated 06.11.2015, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.42825 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
