HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34689 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the application dated 24.08.2014 for mutating the name of the petitioner for the property to an extent of Ac.0-03 Gts., in Survey No.3/ N, to an extent of Ac.0-02 Gts., in Survey No.140/ A, to an extent of Ac.1-12 Gts., in Survey No.194, to an extent of Ac.1-38 Gts., in Survey No. 195, to an extent of Ac.0-09 Gts., in Survey No. 166/ B and to extent of Ac.01-03 Gts., in Survey No. 139/ A, situated at Lingapoor Village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the said lands.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form-6A

through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three
