The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - plaintiff questioning the order dated 15.02.2016 in I.A.No.88 of 2016 in O.S.No.361 of 2011 passed by the XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, whereby the petition filed under Order XVI Rules 1 and 5 C.P.C. to summon additional/Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Range I Circle, Kannavarithota, Guntur, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original suit itself was disposed of on 20.06.2016, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
