THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34607 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 25.10.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). According to the said instructions, on receipt of a complaint from the petitioner herein, on 12.08.2015, Cr.No.387/2015 has been registered on the same day for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. and the investigating officer conducted investigation and found that the said complaint is of civil in nature. It is further submitted that, after obtaining permission from the Sub Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Division, final report will be filed in the concerned Court referring the case as civil in nature.

Having regard to the above, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open as per law, after filing of the said final report into the Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
