HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.7335 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in deducting the amounts from the bills payable to the petitioner under Firm Order (Service) vide PO No.7500023837 towards payment of Employees Coal Mines Provident Fund, as arbitrary and illegal.

As the issue involved in this writ petition is identical to the issue, which arose for consideration in W.P.No.7860 of 2012, dated 21.3.2012, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the direction issued in the said writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
