THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.337 of 2011 JUDGMENT:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Section 30 of the Workmens' Compensation Act, 1923, is filed by the appellant/second opposite party, assailing the order dated 27.06.2009 of the learned Commissioner for Workmens'

Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Guntur, passed in W.C.No.12 of 2008.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant/second opposite party submits that a letter dated 18.08.2015 was filed before the Registry of this Court stating that the counsel was instructed to withdraw the second appeal and accordingly, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

3. In view of the submissions in the letter dated 18.08.2015, and the submissions now made by the learned counsel, permission is accorded to withdraw the appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
