HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 36250 of 2014 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed today in PIL No.517 of 2013, nothing further survives in the writ petition and the same may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance. Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner takes remedy for redressal of his grievance, we hope and trust that the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
