ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 25-06-2010 in WPMP No.18230 of 2010, the petitioner was reinstated into service and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
