As the grievance of the petitioner is principally against the in action on the part of the Magistrate Court.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition under 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to take steps under Section 482 Cr.P.C. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
