The State of Telangana, Representdd By Public Prosecutor, High Court At Hyderabad Respondents/ petitioners WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri KIRAN PALAKURTHI presented this Petition under Section 528 of BNSS, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records relating to the proceedings in M.P.No.137 of 2024 in M.C.No.278 of 2022 on the file of I Additional Family Court-Cum-XIV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge: Hyderabad i.e,, impugned order dated 26.11.2024 and quash the same as illegal in the interest of justice.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri KIRAN PALAKURTHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent No.4, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL PETITION should not be admitted.

List on O4,O3.2025, There shall be interim suspension of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No,137 of 2024 in M,C.No,278 ol 2022 by the learned I Additional Family Court-cum-XIV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, subject to the petitioner paying maintenance @ RS.3O,OOO/- per month to respondent Nos.l to 3 herein on or before loth of every succeeding month, from the date of this order.
