This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 17.10.2016 passed in I.A.No.83 of 2016 in O.S.No.197 of 2014 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Sattenapalli. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.197 of 2014 on 15.04.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
