Heard Sri Challa Dhanunjay, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Andhra Pradesh at the stage of admission.

After the matter is heard for considerable time, the learned senior counsel submits that he is instructed to withdraw the revision.

Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
