This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in entertaining and trying to register the documents presented by some third parties in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.23 guntas in Survey No.3271, situated at Nizamabad Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District without considering the objections made by the petitioner through representation dated 08.02.2017, without following the procedure contemplated under Section 6 D of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides.

This Court cannot direct the 3rd respondent not to entertain any documents as and when the documents are presented. It is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and take action for registration. If petitioner has any grievance, he can approach Civil Court and obtain appropriate injunction. In view of the same, no such direction can be issued.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
