THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO. 9347 of 2013 ORDER :
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in interfering with the civil matters i.e., with regard to the possession of the petitioners over plot Nos.C-6/part and C-7/3/part, in Survey No.120 admeasuring 350 square yards situated at Medipally Village and Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at the instance of unofficial respondents, as illegal and arbitrary.

As seen from the docket proceedings, on 28.03.2013, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter is listed today i.e., nearly after four years. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions from his client with regard to the present situation more particularly, the existence of police interference in civil disputes as on today. However, he submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if cause in the writ petition still persists.

Having regard to the above circumstances and the submissions made, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies in accordance with law, in case the interference still persists. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
