This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.1 and A.2 in D.V.C. No.96 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
